The Tourism Innovation Lab is a non-profit initiative created to future-proof Canada’s tourism industry. Launched in Windsor-Essex in 2018, the Lab and its “Spark” Mentorships & Grants Program empower local innovators to build a more sustainable, diverse, and accessible tourism landscape across Ontario.

Each “Spark” participant is paired with a hand-picked mentor who can support their unique goals. The requests for help we receive vary with every program, so we always keep a roster of experts in various fields on-hand.
