Statement on the 255 Ouellette Building

On Friday, September 18th, Hackforge was notified that Chanoso’s, our next door neighbour at 255 Ouellette, would be closed. We had been part of the building maintenance to deal with the compliance issue in the week prior.

Our programming and events continue and we remain open. Hackforge supports the efforts of the building owner, which may mean some short closures to help the building be in compliance, but with notice to our members and the public for events. We are part of the building’s long term plans and are here to stay.
